Booking an Appointment

You may book an appointment at Palmer Skin by calling or texting 619-481-4087. You may also, and we highly recommend, booking online at www.palmerskin.com. You will then be given an appointment confirmation with date and time and duration of service/price and sent a reminder email prior to your appointment. Should you need to change/cancel your appointment, you may also do so online/call/text and your new updated appointment will be sent to you.

Cancellation/ No Show

While we do understand schedules do change or things come up that may inhibit you making your appointment we do request that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellation/change for your appointment. This may be done online or via phone/text. Clients that cancel the same day of their appointment will be charged half of the service that was scheduled. Clients that do not show up to their appointments with no warning will be charged the full price of their service that was scheduled. Also, if you are running later than 5 minutes prior to your visit we may not be able to accommodate your time slot. Please give us a call and we will do our best to fit your appointment in or reschedule.

Inquiries/Consultations/Walk-ins

We welcome the opportunity for you to inquire about any of our services at any time and we offer a FREE product consultation. We recommend calling ahead but if you’re in the area and would like to walk in for a treatment, we can’t guarantee an immediate appointment or consultation but we will do our best to accommodate/ schedule you as soon as possible. You may also walk in to purchase our retail products, but again we recommend a quick call ahead so we can best meet your needs.

Specials/Discounts

Palmer Skin routinely offers monthly/seasonal specials and promotional discounts/coupons. If you obtain a coupon or gift certificate, please mention what you are using when making your appointment and bring it in to redeem at your appointment. If you are responding to an online offer simply mention it when making an appointment or prior to the start of your service. We recommend signing up to receive our online offers and you can always check our special offers tab on our website for great deals.

Payment/Gratuity

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and Cash for payment. While gratuity is not included in your price and not required, is always greatly appreciated. If you are very happy with your service and you want to add a gratuity, you can add it to your credit card at check out or with cash.

Parking

Street parking and metered parking is also available in the area. We have two parking spots on the Walnut St side of the building.
