He moved to San Diego in 2005 to pursue his dream, obtaining licenses in both Esthetics and Massage Therapy. Timothy began his journey as a solo practitioner, initially focusing on body waxing and facials. As his practice grew over the years, he established Palmer Skin in the heart of Hillcrest. The spa now proudly features six treatment rooms and an outstanding aesthetic and wellness team.

As the industry evolved, Timothy aimed to stay ahead of the curve by offering cutting-edge services to meet the ever-changing demands of his clients. He expanded the business to include advanced aesthetic treatments, such as Hydrafacial, DiamondGlow, and VI Peel, which quickly gained popularity. Palmer Skin has further broadened its reach to include Glo2 Facial, dermaplaning, microcurrent, full-body waxing, lash and brow lamination, massage therapy, LED, and a private infrared sauna.
