Most of you know me—I’m Timothy Palmer, and I’ve been blessed to own and operate Palmer Skin for over 20 incredible years. Many of you have been with me for much of that journey, and I am truly grateful.

As many of you have heard, I’ve been spending more time in Florida and currently work here in San Diego one week every 5 weeks. Because of that, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to evolve Palmer Skin’s structure in a way that allows it to continue thriving—even as I begin to step back over time.

Here’s the exciting news:

We’re moving to a Palmer Suites model, where my amazing estheticians and massage therapists will now be independent business owners operating from within the same space many of you know and love. Think of it like a family of small businesses under one cozy roof!

Palmer Skin will continue to exist as one of those suites, where I’ll be working alongside some team member. Everyone else on the team has my full blessing, support, and guidance as they launch their own brands and grow their personal businesses.

What does this mean for you?

• Some of your favorite providers will still be available.

• They’ll be giving you their personal phone numbers, emails, websites, and booking links.

• Even if they eventually move to a new location, their info will always be listed on our website at PalmerSkin.com so you can continue to stay connected.

• Nothing changes about the quality of care you receive—except now you get to support these amazing providers as they step into their dreams.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your years of support, trust, and friendship. Palmer Skin exists because of YOU. And as I begin this new chapter, I hope you’ll join me in cheering on this team as they rise and build their own businesses—just like I once did.

Family is family. And I’m so proud of ours.
