Timothy Palmer, the owner of Palmer Skin, has always been passionate about beauty, health, and wellness. He moved to San Diego to pursue his dream and obtained both his Esthetics and Massage Therapy license. Timothy established Palmer Skin in the heart of Hillcrest near downtown San Diego, initially focusing on body waxing and facials.

As the industry evolved, Timothy wanted to stay ahead of the curve and offer cutting-edge services to meet the ever-changing demands of his clients. He expanded the business to include advanced aesthetic treatments, which quickly gained popularity, leading to a surge in clientele. What began as a solo practitioner grew over the years, and now Palmer Skin Hillcrest boasts six treatment rooms.

In July 2021, Timothy purchased Urban Calm spa, further expanding his reach in the beauty industry. And coming soon, Palmer Skin La Jolla, will offer the best estheticians and massage therapists available. Timothy’s passion for providing exceptional services and staying at the forefront of the industry has helped Palmer Skin become a leading name in San Diego’s beauty and wellness scene.
