Timothy Palmer moved to San Diego following his passion for beauty, health and wellness. After receiving both his Esthetics and Massage Therapy license, Timothy opened Palmer Skin in the heart of Hillcrest near downtown San Diego. While body waxing and facials were the original focus of the business, Timothy wanted to grow by offering advanced aesthetic treatments and cutting-edge services to meet the demand of the ever-changing industry. With a plethora of new treatments in demand and the increased amount of clientele, we EXPANDED! We are pleased to announce we’ve remodeled our facility and are now offering services in all 4 treatment rooms within our suite to better serve your esthetic, waxing or lash needs – 7 days a week!
