Membership Fine Print

PAYMENT TERMS & AUTO-RENEWAL:

Upon enrollment in this membership, the purchaser grants Palmer Skin authorization to charge the credit or debit card on file for a recurring monthly membership fee. Memberships will automatically renew on a monthly basis, subject to an initial commitment of 3 months. Any updates to payment details must be provided prior to the upcoming due date. Failure to make a payment will lead to immediate termination of the membership agreement and an associated termination fee of $100. All membership charges are non-refundable.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY:

All memberships, associated benefits, discounts, and complimentary services are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

SERVICES:

Each membership incorporates one monthly service, as specified in the description, available for redemption within 30 days following the membership fee charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will be considered as utilized services. Memberships may also entail additional advantages, such as complimentary enhancements, discounts on supplementary services and products, as well as other exclusive offers.

ROLLOVER POLICY:

Unused monthly services are eligible for rollover for a duration of 30 days, provided the membership remains active. Each monthly service credit expires either 60 days after the membership fee is charged or 30 days after membership cancellation. Other benefits, discounts, complimentary enhancements, and exclusive offers are not eligible for rollover and must be utilized within the initially stipulated timeframe.

FREEZE / CANCELLATION:

Memberships can be canceled subsequent to the initial 90-day commitment period. To initiate cancellation or freezing of a monthly membership plan, a written notice of at least 30 days prior to the upcoming payment date is mandatory. Following termination, any unused services and benefits will expire within 30 days after the final membership payment is processed. No services or benefits may be availed during a freeze period, which is exclusively granted in the case of military service, pregnancy, temporary relocation, or prolonged illness. Premature termination of membership will incur a $100 fee. Palmer Skin reserves the prerogative to amend the terms and conditions of any membership plan with due notification.
