Booking an Appointment
You may book an appointment at Palmer Skin by calling 619-481-4087, texting 619-724-4476, emailing [email protected], or by visting us at palmerskin.com and selecting Book Now. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will only be charged at the time of the appointment or in the event of a late cancelation or no-show. Cash, gift certificates, vouchers, and other promotions may be accepted at the time of the appointment. After booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email, and we will also send a reminder 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Should you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment, please contact us with at least 24-hour notice.
Cancelation/No-Show/Late Arrival
We require 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Late cancelations (less than 24-hour notice) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. We understand that extenuating circumstances may inhibit you from arriving on time for your appointment. Please call 619-481-4087 or text 619-724-4476, and we will do our best to accommodate or reschedule your appointment; however, please be advised that late arrivals may result in a missed or reduced appointment time at the full cost of service, with respect to our other clients and service providers. Payment/Gratuity
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept cash, gift certificates, Venmo, and Spafinder. Alle Rewards and MyBeautyHealth points are available for select services only. At this time, we are not able to process insurance or HSA as payment; however, we are happy to provide a receipt and CAMTC license number for employer-sponsored reimbursement programs or other claims. Please note that gratuity is not included in your service. Standard gratuity is usually about 20% of the regular service price, and while this is neither required nor expected, it is always greatly appreciated.
Parking
For your convenience, we offer a few designated parking spaces on the corner of Fourth and Walnut Ave. On weekends, you may also park in any of the Natural Dental Arts spaces, as their office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There is also street parking available in front of the building and in the nearby area. For street parking, please be sure to abide by any posted signs and pay at the meter, pay station, or through the Park Smarter App. Let us know if you have any questions or require assistance.
Sexual Harrassment/Right of Refusal
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff members. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct – verbal, physical, and non-verbal. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service at any time that this policy is violated.
