In July of 2021, I had the privilege of acquiring Urban Calm Spa, recognizing its renowned reputation in the East Village. Since then, we have been working diligently to create a seamless integration of both companies, and I am pleased to announce that we will be merging the two brands into one.

Please note that this merger will involve a name change only, ensuring that the services you have come to love and the wonderful staff you trust will remain the same. You will still receive the same level of expertise and professionalism you’ve come to expect from Urban Calm Spa.

One of the benefits of this merger is that you will now have the convenience of using a single login to access both locations. This means that regardless of whether you visit our Palmer Skin – Hillcrest or Urban Calm Spa location, now renamed Palmer Skin – East Village, you can easily find your favorite esthetician or massage therapist.

Furthermore, I am excited to inform you that we will soon be introducing membership and packages that can be used at any of the Palmer Skin locations. This means you will have even more flexibility and choices when it comes to your skincare and wellness needs.

Rest assured, all your gift cards and credits will remain active and seamlessly integrated into our system. You will be able to use them for services at any of our Palmer Skin locations without any hassle.
